Woke Industry: The Story Of Starbucks
During the riots, Starbucks declared their unwavering support of BLM. Now, they're not so happy about it. Walking through the story of Starbucks.

The Starbucks Timeline
Starbucks is not the brightest company.
During the riots, Starbucks declared their unwavering support of BLM and related criminal organizations. And indirectly supported defunding the police and progressive DAs [sometimes with direct funding, such as the grants mentioned below].
But then they ran into some problems.
Black Lives Matter: Starbucks update on standing against racial injustice
Black lives matter and Starbucks is committed to doing our part in ending systemic racism.
As a company, Starbucks leaders continue to listen to partners (employees) about how they want to take a stand for justice, while proudly wearing the green apron and standing united together. The company continue to work closely with community leaders, civil rights leaders, organizations, and our partners to understand the role that Starbucks can play, and to show up in a positive way for our communities.
In a letter to partners from Roz Brewer, Rossann Williams and Zing Shaw, Starbucks shared its latest step towards this commitment, partnering with the Starbucks Black Partner Network and Black Starbucks leaders to make 250,000 shirts available to our company-operated partners in U.S. and Canada to affirm support at this critical time in our history. This small effort allows partners to abide by store policies that are designed to maintain a safe and welcoming sense of community. Until these shirts arrive in stores, partners will be able to wear their BLM pin or t-shirt in support of their community and humanity.
Starbucks stands in solidarity with our Black partners, community and customers, and understand the desire to express themselves. This is just one step in our journey to make our company and our communities more inclusive. The Starbucks Foundation is committing $1 million in Neighborhood Grants to promote racial equity and create more inclusive and just communities.
Tl;DR: Starbucks endorses, supports, and gives financial aid to entities that eventually filter into criminal organizations and progressive DAs.
These progressive DAs and criminal organizations result in the proliferation of crime. Including in the Starbucks stores themselves.

Starbucks CEO Admits Stores No Longer Safe in Major US Cities
The head of Starbucks, Howard Schultz, admitted that the chain’s stores are no longer safe in a number of major U.S. cities, including Los Angeles, Portland, Philadelphia, and Washington.
American cities “have abdicated their responsibility in fighting crime,” Schultz said in a video published this week.
“I must say, in my view at the local, state and federal level, these governments across the country and leaders, mayors and governors, city councils have abdicated their responsibility in fighting crime and addressing mental health,” Schultz said.
A company spokesperson confirmed that it would shut down 16 locations in Seattle, Los Angeles, Portland, Philadelphia, and Washington—all of which are run by Democrats.
“It has shocked me that one of the primary concerns that our retail partners have is their own personal safety,” Schultz said in the video during a recent internal company meeting. “America has become unsafe.” The recent closures, he said, are “just the beginning” and “there are going to be many more.”
As usual, you cannot make this stuff up.
Starbucks and related businesses literally give money over to criminals who are rioting, looting, and causing mayhem. Groups that have an end goal of defunding the police and decriminalizing looting. And then Starbucks complains and blames the government for “abdicating their responsibility in fighting crime”.
Honestly, the jokes write themselves. I truly believe these people believe their own insanity. They have absolutely no self-awareness. It’s incredible.

The Story of Starbucks is an interesting one. Yet another ‘woke’ business that just can’t seem to wake up to reality.
