The elites know what is coming.

Recently, they released a report about it. To let their minions also know what is coming.

They know the normie won’t believe it or understand it, even if they release it publically. So, they made it public.

Which means this is an opportunity for you to see the future before it happens.

The RCMP “accidentally” released this report. Here is a snapshot of it by the National Post:

Right from the get-go, the report authors warn that whatever Canada’s current situation, it ‘will probably deteriorate further in the next five years’
A secret RCMP report is warning the federal government that Canada may descend into civil unrest once citizens realize the hopelessness of their economic situation.
“The coming period of recession will … accelerate the decline in living standards that the younger generations have already witnessed compared to earlier generations,” reads the report, entitled Whole-of-Government Five-Year Trends for Canada.
“For example, many Canadians under 35 are unlikely ever to be able to buy a place to live,” it adds.
The report, labelled secret, is intended as a piece of “special operational information” to be distributed only within the RCMP and among “decision-makers” in the federal government.

To start with, it is obvious they wanted this to be made public for their minions to see. If not, it would not be heavily redacted or even released (No truly secret files get released through an information request. Give me a break. An actual file our elites want hidden would never get ‘Canada-version FOIA’d’ because no one would even know it exists). That much is obvious and should not need further explanation to the educated dissident.

Interesting, all the reporting I have read on this document focus on the economic factors within the report. This shouldn’t be much of a surprise given the fact that every news magazine and their grandmother is libertarian now, but the economic pieces are not even the most interesting parts of the report.

Since they aren’t reporting on it, I am going to do so.

The much more interesting pieces in this report are listed below in no particular order:

“There is more than a ten percent change of another pandemic spreading within the next five years”
- Translation: “There is going to be another pandemic, police jackboots. So get ready to beat up the protesters again”.
“Erosion of Trust: The past seven years have seen marked social and political polarization in the Western world… [everything else redacted].
- Quite trust building, huh?
“Popular Resentment: The coming period of recession will also accelerate the decline in living standards that the younger generations have already witnessed compared to earlier generations. For example, many Canadians under 35 are unlikely ever to be able to buy a place to live.
- Exactly what people like myself have been warning about for a decade, at least. The boomers were the peak. It’s all downhill now. I feel terrible for the younger gens. They don’t stand a chance.
“Effects of Climate Devastation: Destructive weather patterns and the associated environmental degradation are wreaking havoc…”
- Translation: “Natural disasters are going to increase in quantity and intensity”.
“Arctic: Canada’s North is getting hotter at least three times faster than the global average…this new opportunity for profit is causing several countries to expand their territorial claims in the area”
- This is openly saying that they expect someone to invade Canada to take their resources. Incredible.

If you tally the above, you have war, natural disasters, civil unrest, economic catastrophe, a complete breakdown of social trust, and pestilence.

So… the collapse of Western Society? That is sure like what it sounds like to me.

In effect, Canada just released a document explaining the outline of how a society collapses. But this is a five-year trend report… Meaning they expect these things to happen over the course of the next five years. That is concerning, but not surprising.

These topics should be of interest to all of you. These are elites notifying other elites about what to expect.

To those that can see, they are literally giving you the manual.

Do with it what you will, but ignore it at your own peril.
