Justice For Kyle Rittenhouse

Justice For Kyle Rittenhouse

Real justice for Kyle Rittenhouse would be if he were in a loving home that was culturally and morally his own, where riots were not allowed.

The Rittenhouse Trial

By now, everyone has heard of the Rittenhouse ordeal and ongoing trial. So, I won’t rehash it here.

I would like to remind my readers of the history of the three individuals that Rittenhouse shot, however. I don’t feel like that has been adequately explained to its full effect yet.

So, see below:

Joseph Rosenbaum

Joseph Don Rosenbaum lived in Kenosha. He had an open case for misdemeanor bail jumping that was filed on July 30, 2020.

The conditions of bond read: “Not to Possess or Consume Alcohol. *Not To Possess or Consume Controlled Substances w/o a Prescription. No contact including the residence, electronic or 3rd party with: Kariann S, Park Ridge Inn.”

Rosenbaum also had open misdemeanor cases for battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse).

Newly released documents obtained by Wisconsin Right Now from the Pima County (Arizona) Clerk of Courts confirm Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity with children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old. He was convicted of two amended counts as part of a plea deal.

Gaige Paul Grosskreutz

Grosskreutz’s arrest history from the state Department of Justice is lengthy. There are multiple dismissed cases, including an expungement, a felony that was expunged.

In January 2021, he was accused of second-offense drunk driving. Prosecutors moved for the case to be dismissed after a hearing, and it was.

Gaige Paul Grosskreutz has a forfeiture case for not showing obedience to officers, as well as one for loud noises.

He was convicted of a criminal misdemeanor in 2016 for going armed with a firearm while intoxicated. He gave a West Allis address.

People on social media are alleging that Grosskreutz is a Wisconsin felon. However, he has no felony convictions in the Wisconsin court system. This old archived web page alleges he was arrested on burglary charges, but nothing comes up in the court website for that case. He confirmed in court that he has one criminal conviction.

Anthony M. Huber

Huber had a disorderly conduct conviction from 2018 as a domestic abuse repeater, which is a misdemeanor. He gave a Kenosha address. Here are the charges in that case.

940.19(1) Battery Misd. A Dismissed on Prosecutor’s Motion
Modifier: 939.62(1)(a) Repeater
Modifier: 968.075(1)(a) Domestic Abuse

2 947.01(1) Disorderly Conduct Misd. B Guilty Due to Guilty Plea
Modifier: 968.075(1)(a) Domestic Abuse
Modifier: 939.62(1)(a) Repeater

He also had a forfeiture case for possessing drug paraphernalia.

He also had a case from 2012 with these charges:

1 941.30(2) 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety Felony G Charge Dismissed but Read In
Modifier: 939.63(1)(c) Use of a Dangerous Weapon
Modifier: 968.075(1)(a) Domestic Abuse

2 940.235(1) Strangulation and Suffocation Felony H Guilty Due to Guilty Plea
Modifier: 968.075(1)(a) Domestic Abuse

3 940.30 False Imprisonment Felony H Guilty Due to Guilty Plea
Modifier: 968.075(1)(a) Domestic Abuse
Modifier: 939.63(1)(b) Use of a Dangerous Weapon

4 940.19(1) Battery Misd. A Charge Dismissed but Read In
Modifier: 968.075(1)(a) Domestic Abuse
Modifier: 939.63(1)(a) Use of a Dangerous Weapon

5 947.01(1) Disorderly Conduct Misd. B Charge Dismissed but Read In
Modifier: 968.075(1)(a) Domestic Abuse
Modifier: 939.63(1)(a) Use of a Dangerous Weapon

6 947.01(1) Disorderly Conduct Misd. B Charge Dismissed but Read In
Modifier: 968.075(1)(a) Domestic Abuse

There are no contact orders in those cases and he was ordered not to possess weapons.

Summary

The bottom line: Rosenbaum was a registered sex offender who was out on bond for a domestic abuse battery accusation and was caught on video acting aggressively earlier that night. Huber was a felon convicted in a strangulation case who was recently accused of domestic abuse. Grosskreutz was convicted of a crime for use of a firearm while intoxicated and was armed with a handgun when shot.

It really is phenomenal that out of everyone out that night, Rittenhouse shot three literal criminal degenerates, including a pedophile that should have been off’d four kids ago.

What are the odds that if you shot out into a leftist riot mob you’d hit an anal rapist pedophile and two other criminals? Probably fairly high, honestly. I’d wager it’s definitely a lot higher than if you shot into a historical society or Western Civilization reading club boardroom.

I guess when you’re in the midst of a riot and being attacked you are self-selecting for those types of people. No surprise there, I suppose.

The Rittenhouse saga shows a lot about our current sickness as a society. So much so, I don’t even think I could fit it in a full article.

But let’s address the worst of the worst.

The fact that these criminals were authorized and allowed to destroy an entire city is insane. That they allowed criminal pedophiles the right to assault kids on the street and burn down buildings without police intervention is pure societal sickness.

These rioters, leftists, prosecutors, and everyone else are terrorists, in the strict definition of the term (terrorism: the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion). They are terrorizing everyone to comply with them or face repercussions, which is coercion. We, as a society, are allowing and fearing terrorists. Sickness.

Then there is the issue with the fact that we had to have a child armed with an AR15 to defend and act as a medic for a community because our elected leaders, police, and grown men cannot. Whatever the excuse, it is horrifically unacceptable for a healthy society to function like this. We have no bravery except in our children, wherein most of those children are only brave because they haven’t witnessed the terrorism that happens to those that are brave yet.

This young community man had more courage than most old people. He acted as an ideal citizen. A vanguard willing to defend his community at risk of himself, demonstrating exceptional restraint until there were no other options. But as us older jaded people know, it would come with punishment. As he is now learning. Weakness. Sickness.

Then there is the issue of the judicial process attacking a child that clearly acted in self-defense and is dragging him through the court system as punishment. Punishment not for a crime, but for resisting leftist terrorism and violent coercion. The punishment is in the process. The process has already destroyed Rittenhouse.

Even further, there is the insanity of the logic about communities not having the right to defend themselves or seek “vigilantism”. Of course communities can defend themselves, that’s the entire point of communities. To form local social networks and protect them. But Rittenhouse wasn’t even an instance of a vigilante, it was clearly just self-defense. My point is that even if it were a vigilante approach, in a healthy society that would still be perfectly acceptable given the surrounding climate and conditions. Self-defense isn’t even a question.

Rittenhouse was a vanguard, which is what we need as a society, but cannot sustain because of this form of leftist terrorism that seeks to destroy everyone that resists them. Sickness.

The issues just roll on.

I hear a lot of people saying that real justice in the Rittenhouse trial will be if he is proven innocent in self-defense.

I think this is completely absurd.

Real justice would have been if he hadn’t been arrested at all. This justice would have been if our communities could naturally defend themselves, so Rittenhouse wouldn’t have even needed to be there, and the riots never happened because the criminals would have known the consequences.

Real justice from a healthy society is where Kyle could have been in a loving home that was culturally and morally his own, where riots were not allowed due to centralizer and ethnic conflict, and where adults made sure that he wasn’t put in such a position.

That’s real justice. Whatever is happening right now, regardless of the outcome, is not.
