If at First You Don’t Succeed, ~~Try, Try Again~~ Just Demand Compliance Until You Do

That strategy appears to be the prevailing strategy for our lovely court systems.

Just keep sending the jury back until they get worn down enough to slap the judge’s desired monetary penalty on there. Who cares about actually following the law?

No surprise. This has been occurring for a while now.

We can’t forget the Alex Jones trials, where the judge found him guilty and just used the jury to decide how guilty. They also prevented Jones from explaining anything in detail (only yes/no answers) and said he couldn’t say he was innocent at all during the trial.

Or what about the Jan 6 protesters, who have been imprisoned for far too long, denied a speedy trial, and convicted (sometimes for years) on completely idiotic charges of politely walking around the supposed “people’s house“?

This news from Project Veritas also comes not long after the FBI performed similar tyrannical actions:

Ryan-Marie, who is a homeschooling mother, described how the SWAT team of 25 to 30 FBI agents swarmed their property with around 15 vehicles at 7:05 a.m. this morning. Having quickly surrounded the house with rifles in firing position, “they started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it.”
Before opening the door, she explained, her husband tried to calm them, saying, “‘Please, I’m going to open the door, but, please, my children are in the home. I have seven babies in the house.’ But they just kept pounding and screaming,” she said.
When he opened the door, “they had big, huge rifles pointed at Mark and pointed at me and kind of pointed throughout the house,” Ryan-Marie described.
When they came in, they ordered the kids to stay upstairs. “Our staircase is open, so [the kids] were all at the top of the stairs which faces the front door, and I was on the stairs as well, coming down.”
“The kids were all just screaming. It was all just very scary and traumatic,” she explained.

The Feds could have sent a single local cop to arrest this man, but instead they had an entire FBI division show up. You know each of those Feds had red in their eyes while they gleefully performed their role as the boot of the state.

This was clearly a political act given the absolutely moronic overkill for a harmless pro-life advocate charged with such a small, insignificant crime—He supposedly breached the “Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act“, which covers the abortion slaughterhouses. But that charge was already thrown out in the district court. The feds clearly picked it up to use it as intimidation and sent a full legion for that exact purpose.

Every systemic tool in our “republic” is being used against the people at our current hour. We expect that with the Fed police, but even the courts and non-profits are doing everything they can to destroy the foundation that once existed here.

What these instances tell us is that the administration is so confident in their control that they are not even trying to appear legitimate anymore.
