The Government Is Providing Free Crack Pipes
If you had any doubt about how far we have fallen, just take a look at this recent Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) funding opportunity for the 2022 Harm Reduction Program.
Within it, the government agency spells out the required activities for organizations to receive the grant. Just one of these bullet points is followed:
- Purchase equipment and supplies to enhance harm reduction efforts, such as:
- Harm reduction vending machine(s), including stock for machines;
- Infectious diseases testing kits (HIV, HBV, HCV, etc.);
- Medication lock boxes;
- FDA-approved overdose reversal medication (as well as higher dosages now approved by FDA);
- Safe sex kits, including PrEP resources and condoms;
- Safe smoking kits/supplies;
- Screening for infectious diseases (HIV, sexually transmitted infections, viral hepatitis);
- Sharps disposal and medication disposal kits;
- Substance test kits, including test strips for fentanyl and other synthetic drugs;
- Syringes to prevent and control the spread of infectious diseases;
- Vaccination services (hepatitis A, hepatitis B vaccination); and
- Wound care management supplies.
Some of these are perfectly fine, but one in particular catches the eye:
- Safe smoking kits/supplies;
The Washington Beacon contacted SAMHSA to figure out what this means exactly. Because, at initial glance, it seems like they are requiring purchasing things such as crack pipes.
It turns out that’s exactly what it means:

$30 million program will provide ‘smoking kits’ to vulnerable communities
The Biden administration is set to fund the distribution of crack pipes to drug addicts as part of its plan to advance “racial equity.”
The $30 million grant program, which closed applications Monday and will begin in May, will provide funds to nonprofits and local governments to help make drug use safer for addicts. Included in the grant, which is overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services, are funds for “smoking kits/supplies.” A spokesman for the agency told the Washington Free Beacon that these kits will provide pipes for users to smoke crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and “any illicit substance.”
HHS said the kits aim to reduce the risk of infection when smoking substances with glass pipes, which can lead to infections through cuts and sores. Applicants for the grants are prioritized if they treat a majority of “underserved communities,” including African Americans and “LGBTQ+ persons,” as established under President Joe Biden’s executive order on “advancing racial equity.”
Democratic-run cities such as San Francisco and Seattle have distributed smoking kits to residents.

It is against federal law to distribute or sell drug paraphernalia unless authorized by the government.
Don’t worry, your tax money is being efficiently spent. It’s helping crackheads buy a better pipe to smoke more crack.
I don’t care what anyone says. This policy had to have been devised by Hunter Biden, a notorious crack cocaine addict:

He’s too close to power to ignore the obvious connection. He probably called up SAMHSA directly.
If you have ever had any doubts about the absolute insanity of our current ruling class, this should clear those up.
We are so far down the clown world, degenerate rabbit hole it will take years to climb back up. We need mental asylums, addiction rehabilitation facilities, proper communities, and harsh penalties for drug dealers—Not free crack pipes.
But let’s not kid ourselves. We know what’s going on. They both need and want more degeneracy, so they incentivize it. That’s why they are now moving to something so brazen, because we have become desensitized to things like this.
It’s hard to believe that even with all of this information on moronic government spending, there are still people out there that think taxes should be increased. Instead of using tax money already collected more efficiently. Like, I don’t know, cutting out free crack pipes?
But for now, you can rest assured knowing that your tax dollars are going to buy a new crack pipe for a person who will probably rob your business next week to get money to buy the crack in the first place.
Way to go, SAMHSA.
