Murdered By Anti-Gunners

Yet another innocent individual was shot dead in their sleep over a “red flag” gun law. This time a man by the name of Duncan Socrates Lemp.

A few days ago:

At approximately 4:30 a.m., police were serving a “high-risk search warrant” in the 12200 block of St. James Road in Potomac, according to the news release.

Police said that while issuing the warrant, a police officer fatally shot the suspect, identified as 21-year-old Duncan Socrates Lemp, who lived at the home. The warrant was related to firearms offenses, police said.

The police claim it was because of potential “firearm offenses”. What they fail to mention was the victims only crime was wanting to join a militia. No priors:

“The police had obtained a search warrant for the home, however the search warrant makes no mention of any imminent threat to law enforcement or the community. No resident of the home had any criminal record,” the statement said.

The family believes body camera footage and forensic evidence will prove Lemp was unjustly killed.

Apparently getting firearms training or being in a pro-gun group is grounds for having SWAT raid your house and shoot you in the middle of the night. These anti-gun states are full of lunatics.

According to most anti-gunners, the second amendment only applies to “well regulated militias”. So if you aren’t in a militia, it’s used against you. If you are, you get a 4:30 am SWAT for no crime committed.

You waiting to hear that Duncan was causing an imminent threat or danger? Nah, that’s not the case either:

Poor guy was sleeping when he got lit up by the cops:

“Any attempt by the police to shift responsibility on to Duncan or his family, who were sleeping when the police fired shots into their home, is not supported by the facts,” the statement says.

This dude was killed unjustly no matter what way you look at it.

If you practice your Second Amendment right in a state that is anti-gun and be careful. They are pushing these “red flag” laws left and right. They protect no one and kill innocents like him.

Make no mistake: he was killed solely because of the anti-gunners and their anti-gun laws. If there were no BS red flag laws the cops wouldn’t have had the justification to raid him over no crime being committed.

The law sure protected this man just the same as the law would “protect” us. Why do we need guns again?

RIP Duncan.
